Know where it is recorded.

A guide to the information to review before purchasing a fractional truck interest.

01

Identify the specific asset

The documents should identify the truck or combination of equipment to which your share relates. Ask for the vehicle identification number, agreed valuation, condition information and a clear description of what is included. A category name or stock photograph cannot identify your asset.

02

Understand the registration arrangement

Radius describes a registered share of a specific truck combined with contractual income rights. Ask who holds legal title, where and how your interest is recorded, what evidence you receive and whether existing lenders have priority. The precise structure must be confirmed in the documents.

03

Read the income agreement

Review the definition of revenue and profit, which costs can be deducted, the 30% management fee, reporting frequency and payment arrangements. Ask who makes operational decisions and what happens during periods of loss, inactivity or major repair.

04

Check protection and exit terms

Read the insurance summary together with the downtime provisions. Separately review the buyback terms, including the offered price basis, payment timing, transfer mechanics and what happens if the company cannot fund a requested buyback.

05

Keep a complete copy

Before paying, obtain the final agreements and confirm the contracting entity, signatures, dates and asset identifiers. Keep your own copies of signed documents, payment records and subsequent statements. Ask how corrections and disputes are handled.

06

Private documents, available for review

Contracts do not need to be published on this website. Request the applicable documentation from the team before committing and take time to review it with an adviser if needed. This page is a review guide, not a certificate of ownership or legal opinion.
