An operating business at the centre
A truck is a working asset. It needs loads, a driver, maintenance and careful coordination to generate income. The Radius ownership model gives customers a proportional interest in a specific truck while Radius manages its day-to-day operation in the United States.
Experience behind the model
Radius describes more than 30 years in the logistics market. Our team can discuss that operating background and provide supporting company and fleet records during your enquiry. The fractional ownership offering should be assessed on its own terms; a logistics history does not establish a history of investor returns.
What we manage
The operating model covers dispatch coordination, drivers, fuel, maintenance and insurance arrangements. These costs are deducted before the management fee is calculated. Radius then retains 30% of the remaining profit, with 70% allocated among owners according to their shares.
What ownership means for you
You choose a truck category and an ownership amount, starting at US$600 and up to 50% of the truck’s price. The proposed arrangement combines a registered share of a specific truck with contractual rights to income. The written documents should identify the truck, your interest and the process for receiving income or exiting.
Start with information, not a payment
Your first step is a conversation. Ask for the truck details, supporting operating records, ownership documentation and the insurance summary. The website does not collect investment payments, issue ownership certificates or execute a purchase.
Our company and contact location
The operator has identified the contracting entity as Radius Logistics LLC, registered in New Jersey, and supplied the contact address 3338 190th Street, Surrey, BC, Canada. Ask the team for the full registration details and contracting documents before proceeding.
